We see ourselves as people on a journey.  We don't have all the answers -- but we're certainly not afraid to ask questions. To develop more and better apprentices of Jesus Christ in authentic community for the good of Marin County and the world. 1. Generative Creativity We believe that the church should be a leader in innovation, creative expression, and outside-of-the-box thinking.  We place a high value on artistry and imagination, because they generate spiritual exploration. 4. Gifts and Giving We believe that God has gifted every Christ follower in specific ways in order to contribute to God's work. We expect those who call BayMarin their home to make significant contributions of their time, talents and money a consistent habit as they join in God's mission for them at BayMarin. 5. Passionate Faith We believe the life of faith is an adventure, and we refuse to let it sink to the level of rules and regulations.  We will be passionate in our pursuit of Christ -- relying on him passionately, serving him passionately, and seeking him passionately.
